Mirja is Diversified Administration’s Senior Bilingual IRS & DOL Compliance Advocate. In this capacity, she is well versed in the Form 5500 reporting requirements. She uses this knowledge to assist insurance brokers and employers through every step of the process. She also helps enroll late filers into the Delinquent Filer Voluntary Compliance Program, significantly reducing DOL penalties.
Mirja also assists the FSA Department’s Enrollment Team, working closely with employer groups throughout the implementation and onboarding processes. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, a Certification in Customer Relationship Management, and almost 22 years of international customer service experience, Mirja is an incredibly valuable member of our team.
