Lizz Cufari, Vice President of IRS and DOL Compliance, is responsible for all ACA and Form 5500 filings done here at Diversified Administration, Inc. She oversees interactions with insurance brokers and employers as they gather the necessary information to file accurate and timely Form 5500s with the DOL. She also helps the team guide clients through the steps necessary to complete their Affordable Care Act (ACA/Obamacare) Reporting to the IRS. Lizz is your best point of contact for ERISA Plan Documents and assistance in resolving IRS penalty letters.
Lizz has a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Business Management with a concentration in finance. She also has an Associate Degree of Science in Legal Studies which was heavily utilized while working as a Paralegal. She has previously served in the US Army, worked in the legal field, and has extensive experience in sales, marketing, and customer service.
