With 3 years of COBRA experience at Diversified Administration, Hermes Garcia has also proven himself to be a valuable member of our FSA/HRA Department. Having taken a leading role in our Implementation and Renewals Team, he helps ensure employer groups have a seamless open enrollment experience.

Hermes’ attention to detail greatly contributes to the department’s efficiency, by constantly evaluating current processes and suggesting alternatives. Leveraging his strong bilingual skills and heritage from the Dominican Republic, he is able to assist participants, whether they speak English or Spanish. Other skills Hermes has, including extensive training and experience in management, sales, and customer care, allows him to provide support to other departments.
