Since joining the FSA/HRA/132 Claims Department team in 2017, Dayna Willson has continuously proven herself to be a valuable asset to the Diversified Administration family. As the Senior Client Advocate for the department, she is responsible for ensuring that team members are working cohesively to produce the best possible experience for our clients on all levels; employee, employer, and broker.
