She has served as treasurer, program chair and continuing education chair of the Broward Association of Health Underwriters. She has also earned the coveted FLMI, CLU, CEBS and RHU designations.
Jeremy is our company Vice President. He currently is in charge of running our COBRA Administration department, and also is knowledgeable in the areas of Flexible Spending Plans, HRAs, MERPs, and other Employer-sponsored tax-favored employee benefits. He is currently working on his CEBS, Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designation. In addition, Jeremy is responsible for developing and improving office procedures that directly impact the high level of client service that we strive to provide. Jeremy can provide assistance with technical issues in many areas of the business.
Ann is also our expert on the Debit Card, Credit Card and Direct Deposit. Questions in those 3 areas should be directed to her.
Donna brings more than 26 years of teaching experience to Diversified Administration, Inc. Her experience really shows when she conducts employee enrollment meetings. Her degrees are in Early Childhood Development, and she has been able to transfer all of her skills and knowledge to the adult level.
Donna is our Master of How may I help you? . She can assist you with your claims questions. She is also responsible for our accounts receivable department, as well as general office duties.
Jonathan Watson (Jon) is a graduate of Radford University with a BBA in Business Management. While attending Radford University Jon was the Philanthropy Chairman and Founding Father of Sigma Pi Fraternity and work for campus Emergency Medical Services. Jon has worked previously as a Director of Human Resources and as a Recruiter. Jon is putting his business and human resources knowledge to good use at Diversified Administration, Inc. in both the Section 125 and COBRA divisions.
Kristin is one of our claims examiners. She is responsible for processing incoming claims and getting them ready for payment. She also helps make up the enrollment packets and the plan documents for all of our clients. Kristin is studying to be a paramedic.
Benjamin Davis is our lead person for all of the Welfare Form 5500 electronic filings and signatures. He is also assists in the preparation of Welfare Benefit Summary Plan Descriptions, a Department of Labor Requirement. In addition, Ben utilizes his degrees in Multimedia Technology and Graphic Design to enhance our PowerPoint Presentations, flyers and brochures. Ben also assists with claims administration and COBRA administration.
